Form over everything. Especially if you are new to weight lifting. Learning the proper form is key and you want a trainer who won't just push your weight up for the sake of it - but will teach you all of the basic movement patterns first. Then encourages you to push yourself when you have nailed the form.

Feeling like they have to stay on the treadmills, can't take up space in the weights section or maybe even getting chatted up when they are trying to workout.
